Just discovered that USB mass storage shows a yellow exclamation mark in the device manager.

Delete the entry with the yellow exclamation mark. Click on "Scan for hardware changes". If that doesn't help, then reinstall Intel chipset drivers (for windows 11).

The issue has been fixed. After reinstalling the Intel chipset drivers for Windows 11 on my laptop, everything is functioning properly. Many thanks. I hope your Christmas is just as amazing as you are and extends into the New Year!
