It's not the packet loss that's the main concern. At least the visuals confirm that. The latency is clearly the issue—round trip times are extremely high, around 270ms. That would really complicate gameplay. Did you check your modem or default gateway in the first screenshot?
You're probably right. I just ran `ping -n 1.1.1.1`. That's the DNS server you use, so it might not be correct.
Well, the round trip time shouldn't be too long unless the server is on the opposite side of the planet. But not your modem—type 'ipconfig' in the command prompt. Your modem's IP will appear as "default gateway." Just send a ping to that address with 'ping -n'.
