The issue is that I wasn’t able to start from my Windows installation media. I adjusted the boot priority, but it continued to redirect me to blue screens on the original drive for many hours. Once I removed the drive, the problem stopped.

you might be booting into the wrong partition on the windows installation stick, im assuming there's a partition marked uefi and a partition without it, try both of them

I started from the UEFI partition and eventually got into the Windows setup after resetting to the older BIOS version used by the previous motherboard.

I value this feedback, after spending the weekend trying to resolve the issue, it became clear that was the main problem. I took it to a repair shop to confirm and avoid buying parts without checking thoroughly. I assumed it would work fine if run at factory settings for a short period, but now I realize I need to do my own research before trusting advice. I chose this CPU because someone recommended it, and I was too simple-minded to dig deeper. Over the past month I've gained a lot of knowledge about computers, which has really piqued my interest. This situation has turned out to be a positive side effect. I'm planning to order an AMD CPU and a compatible motherboard soon, hoping to install them later this week. Thanks for all the support. after the cpu stopped working, you can also perform an RMA through Intel (provided you haven't already sent it back).

I'm not completely certain about my choices or whether I can exchange it. I purchased these items in November, set them up in December, and am now noticing issues in January. I'll explore my possibilities soon because I don't want to keep the $330 paperweight.
