what system is intended? if it's a gaming rig go for an i3 6100 or i5 6500. the price gap is usually small and you probably don't need that expensive motherboard. also, the Corsair VS series is the worst they make, so i recommend avoiding it. a system with an i3 or i5 and a GTX 1060 or RX480 will work well with a decent 450w unit. what psu do you recommend? i think a 500w unit would be suitable if you upgrade your rig occasionally... but the cost would stay under 100€.

You should consider a better mobile graphics card. The ASUS sabertooth is a good choice; its FX chips are powerful and can handle high-end games. Switching from an FX-8320 to a 6600K made a big difference, defeating AMD performance. If you're budgeting around $200 for cooling, it might be better to invest in an i7-6700K instead. I plan to go with the 6600K, but I can't afford the i7 6700K due to taxes. Also, make sure you get a Z170 mobo if you want to overclock.
