I received my PC components yesterday and began assembling. I tested everything outside the case and was surprised to find Windows booting from my old SSD. I didn’t pay much attention at first and put everything inside the case. Now, when I power it on, this sequence occurs: a black screen appears with an automatic repair message, followed by “No Signal.” These three events repeat in a loop, but the interval between the post and no signal changes. I can access the BIOS and it doesn’t restart there. I’ve tried several fixes—resetting the BIOS, using a boot USB with Windows install (I end up on the first screen again and lose signal), enabling secure boot, changing RAM placement, adjusting the GPU, switching monitors, or using different cables (two HDMI, one DP). Here’s the parts list: https://pcpartpicker.com/b/JC27YJ

Your CPU has no graphics built-in. Did you connect your monitor to the GPU or a laptop?

Consider connecting your monitor directly to the GPU instead of using a separate setup.

You attempted it and encountered a similar issue. The installation menu begins, but pressing Enter causes the process to restart.
