That’s a positive sign… We’re sure it’s not your hardware. Could be related to DirectX. Are there any error messages when it crashes?

Once I begin the machine, I see Event ID 41 in the Event Viewer. "The system restarted unexpectedly without a smooth shutdown. This issue might stem from the system failing to respond, crashing, or losing power suddenly."

Could be checking the system requirements. It seems older games might struggle more than newer ones, especially those with high demands like Borderlands 2.

I believe I might have identified the problem, perhaps... I should run more tests, but it seems to function now. I accessed bios, attempting to turn on S.M.A.R.T., suspecting the HDD was the cause. I didn't locate the S.M.A.R.T. setting, but I figured the RAM was XMP enabled. I understand XMP supports Intel, which could be contributing to the issue. My RAM is now slower, but I hope this resolves the matter.
