I attempted to modify the RAM slots but didn’t see any improvement. I’m reinstalling Windows, formatting the SSD, and restarting again—still facing problems. I suspect the GPU might be the issue since it’s a second-hand unit.

Using one RAM stick is fine, it doesn't depend on the slots but could indicate a faulty stick.
