Hey, I’ve been using my build since Saturday. Everything looks brand new except for the GPU, which hasn’t had any issues so far—except my screen randomly going black. I stress tested the CPU and GPU, both are fine. I can play games without problems, but sometimes when I open inventory in CS2 and check a weapon, the screen goes black after about 45 seconds. I did that yesterday because Steam wouldn't allow me to launch CS, so I checked the file integrity since I opened it outside Steam.
This appears to be a game-related problem, not a hardware issue. It seems to occur specifically after inspecting a weapon in the inventory, whether it involves a particular weapon, skin, or is consistent across all items.
It's occurring everywhere and all weapons function properly. However, when I try to black screen, I see black screens appear. The fans are spinning very loudly, which is similar to what happens in the game, but I don't black screen while playing. It seems like it's just under load.
I’m planning to get another RAM stick for dual-channel use. I haven’t done any overclocking besides XMP settings, but the problem occurred before enabling XMP. The BIOS is mostly default, with the RAM MHz fixed at 3200. I’m installing OOCT now and will run some tests.
