It has been roughly a year since I purchased the computer. I upgraded to a new system, and everything functioned properly. The application recognized the SSD and operated without issues. Then it reported a network problem, so I removed and reinstalled the app, which resolved the issue.

The issue arises when Samsung attempts to connect to the internet for drive authentication, but cannot reach it. You can close the program and launch it with administrator privileges.

This appears to be an unusual issue. Are you certain the SSD is being detected correctly within your BIOS settings?

Which iteration of Samsung's Magician App are you using? What is the make and model of your motherboard, along with its BIOS version?

Once the system is turned on, observe the splash screen and use DEL or F2 to enter the BIOS. Additionally, you may check storage devices through the Device Manager in Windows.

Have you made any recent changes to this model? Also, which m.2 slot does the SSD occupy?

I recommend restarting the BIOS to determine if that action will restore all settings and allow Windows/Magician to properly detect your SSD.
