Disk Management, Windows File Explorer with a drive letter... If it doesn't appear in Samsung Magician but functions elsewhere, it likely points to an issue with Magician.

Many individuals choose not to use the software, as personal preference plays a role, and you shouldn't expect performance improvements. Nonetheless, I value your potential enjoyment of it. After a full uninstallation, did you restart and everything appeared fine?

At first, when I set up the system, I installed the app and used it smoothly until then. Then it reported a network issue; the app couldn't reach its own servers. I checked online and some suggested deleting and reinstalling the app to resolve the problem, which I did, but the issue continued.
