It won't exceed 4600 bone stock; you need to switch to PBO and adjust it manually.

I'm still considering manually overclocking my Ryzen 5 5500. It can handle a solid performance in 4K even with a better GPU. How does it compare to the wear when doing static overclocks versus dynamic ones where the CPU boosts to 200MHz above stock speed (maximum CPU override is 4450MHz)? Manual overclocking often results in lower voltage compared to non-static VCore at the same speed, even with static overclock enabled on all cores. A 4.6-4.7GHz clock might yield a lower VCore than the VCore at full stock speed without an overclocked CPU.
