Interesting point—when tested alone, the other stick doesn’t function. You might also attempt adjusting the frequency to 2133 or 2400; if that fails, consider returning the kit for repair.

I’m unable to adjust the frequency manually since accessing the BIOS isn’t possible. The debug LEDs indicate the RAM isn’t functioning. Using the stepper works, but when I power on the PC it fails and the CPU LEDs show it’s dead. Turning it off and back on resolves the issue.

Check all dimm on the board. If every one works with the working dimm but not with the other stick, send a return request.
