Review the compatibility list for the 4x8GB kits...this ensures it functions properly since they’ve verified it. Running two sets of 2x8GB units occasionally may not achieve the maximum speed.

opt for a configuration of two 16GB modules. Each module tends to be simpler to integrate with the IMC, possibly needing lower SoC voltage. --> reduced thermal load, greater flexibility. Whenever feasible, choose two sticks.
