Upgrade the BIOS and experiment with various XMP settings. If the issue persists, it’s possible your DIMMs are defective.

1333mhz appears in a specific location, but if it doesn’t sync properly after BIOS updates, you can still adjust the timing manually.

The actual performance depends on the software you use, which might display either value. DDR RAM functions based on rising and falling edges of each clock cycle.
