The same problem occurred again. Updating the BIOS didn’t resolve it. The fix came from changing the voltage settings. It seemed to be approximately 1.4 volts, though you should check the maximum value for your RAM.

Thank you for all the responses. I resolved the issue by turning off XMP, booting into Windows, restarting, and then entering the BIOS to re-enable it.

I possess two 8-pin DDR4 modules at 3200MHz, yet they display 1333MHz and dual-channel isn't active. I've used the X.P.M profile and adjusted RAM slots (1-3, 1-4), but the PC keeps looping during boot. The motherboard model is B450 Gaming K4.
