I've been wondering about the RAM. Even though it's from the same brand, the ranks and timing settings vary. The XPG Gammix D30 has a Dual and a Singal Ranked model, with CL 16 20 20 and CL 18 20 20 respectively. Both are operating at CL 18 20 20.

The PC vendor "activated" windows in an unusual manner.
I hope you grasp what I’m trying to say.
Just wanted to inform you about this. This might also be part of the issue.
Edit: A memory test for Windows is underway, and the outcomes will be shared soon.

It seems like the check wasn't thorough enough. It might not be the RAM issue, but it's still worth giving it a try.
The new PSU could be the real cause of the problem.

The second line indicating 0% on the right side was originally 100%, which happened after everything reset to zero. The completion message suggests the test might be finished. What issues could this indicate?

I recorded the system settings during gaming and encountered some crashes. The logs containing crash messages are labeled with "Crash." The link will take you to the Google Drive folder with all recorded logs so far. Please assist in resolving this issue. Afterburner Logs

I believe the afterburner monitoring logs won't be useful.
You don't have to keep the GPU overclocked either.
Has memtest86 finished its testing?
