I didn’t have the funds when I switched jobs from $8.75 to $10 per hour, and I managed to secure a purchase. What many overlook is that I covered the cost myself. Through my research, I found this product was suggested within my budget. I did my due diligence, but now I’m skeptical of most recommendations since they haven’t been used long. They conducted benchmarks and reviewed the board, which made me question their advice. You might have just skimmed the surface. This wasn’t the top choice for me—my expectations didn’t match the price I paid, so I’m paying nearly double. I don’t like what I got from ASUS, even though I understand where they come from. I’m not staying with this decision.
I see, but i mean, its a fan… it will fail… and before that it'll start rattling and stuff. Doesnt surprise me there arent many issues yet, these boards are still pretty new, give it ~5 years or so. And despite "enthusiast" opinion most people keep their pcs for a long time… I had my last pc from 2007-2018, and would probably still use it had the cheapo Asus board not failed… *rip* (actually ,im planning to fix it, but i need the exact same motherboard, its a prebuilt with Amd Athlon processor)

It’s likely still a better option than my sub 100 MSI B350, which I’m not really fond of either. It mostly functions, has worked reliably for about three years, and despite some frustrations, it performed well overall—probably more capable than its price suggested. I just wish the BIOS was more reliable. I’m planning an upgrade soon, possibly to a B450 model with PCIe 4 support so I can fully enjoy the features of my GPU (3070).

I adjusted it using the BIOS to minimize background program load. I used a 1 USM CPU clock speed 2.0, which is just another background process running. I’m looking for transparency so potential buyers can see exactly what they’re purchasing, especially since in my videos people rarely actually used it for long and when I do reviews of motherboards, important details often get overlooked.
This claim isn't accurate. The inexpensive MSI X570 models (those below the Tomahawk—such as A-Pro, Gaming Edge, Gaming Plus, and Gaming Pro Carbon) were disappointing. The budget Gigabyte options aren’t terrible compared to MSI’s, but they fall short as well. The more affordable Asus X570 boards (TUF P and Plus, Prime P and Pro) offer decent VRM performance and are solid picks if you’re looking for an X570 without breaking the bank. Budget ASUS X570 variants like the Pro4 and Steel Legend also provide reliable VRM and overall value. Of course, when these parts were first released, the B550 wasn’t available, and today very few people actually need an X570.
