Occasionally the PSU includes a fuse that can be swapped out either on the back or inside, but I wouldn't suggest taking it apart if it has an internal fuse. If none of these options work, return it to the manufacturer using an RMA, look up their return policy on their site, and you'll likely have warranty coverage.

Mhm. I attempted to use another main cable. I'll verify the fuse upon my return.

The sole purpose of the "paper clip" test is to verify a dead power supply unit. If you performed it accurately, your PSU is probably non-functional. It seems more likely that the motherboard has failed. Your PSU appears to be in good condition and might come with a 10-year warranty. Consider using a Corsair RMA.

I've already submitted one, now just hoping for a response.
Should I consider swapping out the damaged port for a new PC case instead?

If you have a good psu, you have little choice but to try your other parts.
