I performed a factory reset, but nothing altered the situation. I plan to address the thermal problem later, though getting to the store in NY isn't easy right now. My CPU doesn’t consistently hit 100°C except when I increase throttling; it’s currently at 72°C during games and should be okay until I can get what I need. Thanks for the assistance—I’ll resolve this once I’m able.
