Ordered a fresh CPU, motherboard, and RAM (3700x, Asus Crosshair hero Vii X470, 32GB, 2x16GB, 3600 CL16). Swapping from a 6600k will require flashing the board. Uncertain about what to remove or how. Need help with audio drivers from the old motherboard and Intel graphics drivers—anyone experienced with this? Also, can I keep using my Windows key?

Windows automatically recognizes any updates and applies compatible drivers until you set the proper ones. You might have to restart the system using the identical product key again.

I transitioned smoothly from Intel Coffee Lake-S to AMD Zen 2. Windows 10 handles hardware updates more flexibly than earlier releases.

I can simply delete the Realtek drivers and add the new ones for SupremeFX. Also, I’ll drop the Intel UHD just to save some space.

Complete reinstall attempt unlikely. Ensure your Win key is genuine; replace if it's an OEM model. Retail keys usually work unless you contact Microsoft for reactivation.
