it reaches 4.4ghz with one thread and 3.6ghz with eight threads. I purchased a cm410r temps that never exceeded 65°C even during extended stress tests. XMP operates at 2666mhz.

I looked into the CPU power usage in the MSTI and saw it at 65 watts. I think the motherboard should provide sufficient power, but since it's not a Z-series board, I’m unsure how to enable overclocking. There’s no clear overclock setting available.

You could attempt to adjust settings in BIOS and turn off the power restriction if possible. If not, the only options are to lower the voltage for reduced power consumption and improved clock speeds.
