In Advanced, turn off Turbo boost. On Main, click CPU speed (3000 MHz) to set it to 3100 MHz, press Enter. Close, apply changes, save, and restart the PC. Perform a stress test with a basic Cinebench test and take a screenshot of the results.

The CPU speed setting remains hidden despite restarting and the turbo boost is disabled. The board provides sufficient power at 65 watts.

It seems this board doesn't allow overclocking. You should turn on turbo boost instead. Yes, that's sufficient. If possible, check your CPU speeds while running a tough game. If it matches your turbo boost rate of 4.7 GHz, you're all set.
