The goal was to avoid that action. Simply turn off XMP and restart the previous process. Keep the memory following the standard JEDEC guidelines.

No need to worry, you can skip stressing the CPU when XMP is off.

It failed after about 15 minutes of inactivity on a standstill PC, yet restarting without XMP caused it to stop again.
