Likely too low a voltage, consider reducing it to around -10.

Your CPU likely won’t start under those extreme conditions, so it’s safer to leave it alone. You won’t be able to apply both high clock speeds and low voltage settings.

It might have been set up in Auto earlier, but you can always switch to UEFI if needed. Auto should allow the CPU to determine if PBO is suitable, though I’d treat it as a standard option by then.

It started at -10 but stops when idle—it crashes under inactivity, but functions normally when under load. You might try adjusting settings or checking for updates. Or you could keep it as is.
