I have seldom seen a PC shutdown like that with other issues, though not impossible for sure. If there is no minidump or only an unexpected shutdown in event viewer, I would lean towards the PSU.

It doesn't restart automatically, so you need to press the power button to bring it back on.

Have you experimented by inserting only one memory module into slot dimm A2 while reducing the frequency to 2133 and disabling XMP? Testing each module separately.

Increase DRAM voltage in BIOS to 1.35V to resolve RAM issues. Apply MSI afterburner and set GPU power limit to the minimum permitted. It seems GPU temporary power surges might be leading to PSU failure. Also, consider a more efficient CPU cooler—87C is quite high on the CPU side.

These are precisely my feelings too. Although unusual events occurred, I remain convinced it's related to the PSU or possibly CPU overheating, which seems to be the main issue.

Adjust the setting to the minimum value (-6) but the shutdown happened.

This would put me at the bottom of luck because it's a brand-new PSU. It came in and I installed it yesterday. It stopped working right after I switched to a new PSU, which is why I wrote this post.
