The power situation at your home is as follows; aside from that, the PSU is what I believe is the cause. It's also possible the motherboard might be responsible.

I've been residing in this area for more than a year without encountering any problems that might trigger the circuit breaker. I plan to bring the PC to a friend's place over the weekend to check it out. I'll share my findings once I've tested it.

Updated: I spent two weeks away from my PC, so I haven’t been using it much. Before deciding to replace parts, I intended to test two options first—repasting and repadding the GPU, then checking the wiring in another location to confirm there were no issues. I used 0.5mm thermal pads on the VRAM, and the VRM pads looked fine, so I didn’t modify those. The paste I applied was a thermal Grizzly Aerounaught.

I tested it with the game shown in the attached video, which previously caused shutdowns; everything worked without problems. I’ll try other games that also cause shutdowns before providing a final update.

I have been using the PC since my last update, and so far no shutdowns have occurred. It looks like the overheating issue was the cause, particularly the high hotspot temperature that I wasn’t paying attention to. Since I haven’t found anyone else reporting similar problems, it seems a complete shutdown isn’t typical for an overheating GPU, so I should start thinking about replacing it soon.
