I received my new PC about 4-5 days ago during the unpacking process. My dad accidentally damaged one of the PCI/E cables in the box, but he fixed it afterward. After a couple of days, I started playing RDR2 and after roughly 10-15 minutes it crashed. The same happened with Roblox, though it runs much smoother there. It only crashes when I interact with another player's model. I also have Windows 11, and I’m not sure if that’s related either. The crashes involve my screen going black instantly followed by a restart of the PC. My system specs are: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X, 3.8 GHz, quiet; Pure Rock 2, Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060, 12GB VRAM, MSI B450 Tomahawk 650W AZZA. I often play games at maximum settings, and everything works fine with stable temperatures around 75°C for two games. However, in RDR2 and Roblox the temps drop significantly, yet crashes still occur.
I would begin by checking if the issue occurs with another power supply.
This setup uses the Corsair Vengeance 16 GB LPX DDR4 RAM, and all other components should be current.
It's similar to the Azza. Check the PSU Tierlist and purchase SMT in Tier A or B. 4.31 should match Samsung B-die MIC and work with Ryzen. Is the motherboard BIOS current?
