You just installed a new RAM module—a Corsair Vengeance 32GB DDR5 6000MHz CL30 Dual Channel set. It matches the previous one in timing. However, when you try to boot with the expo profile and all slots filled, the system doesn’t respond. The memory slots appear, but the process fails. After resetting the CMOS, it still won’t start. The motherboard (Asus TUF GAMING B650-Plus) keeps flashing a yellow light for an extended period before switching to red. I’m really concerned right now.
Tested both pairs separately to verify they function correctly individually. Running at full speed with four sticks usually requires manual adjustments to achieve optimal performance. Allow five minutes after turning on before proceeding, as DDR5 training may take time.
Typically requires a USB 2.0 FAT32 storage device, though the exact model may vary by manufacturer.
I checked all profiles from the AI Tweaker. They are: Expo I, Expo II, and Expo Tweaked. Each has the same schedule—30-36-36-76-1.40V. It’s unclear what distinguishes them, but they’re all inconsistent. I attempted to adjust TCL from 30 to 36 in Expo I, but it remained unstable. I’m unsure if any other settings need changing besides TCL.
