The PC isn't displaying anything.

Hi, I recently updated my PC because the old motherboard was faulty. Here are my current specs:
Ryzen 5 3600
ASUS B450M-KII
Seasonic PSU 550W G-Mod Gold rated
16GB of Klevv RAM
MSI GTX 1070 GPU
Whenever I attempt to boot, all the fans spin and the mouse and keyboard lights up, but there’s no display. I’ve taken my GPU to a repair shop, who said it was working, so perhaps the issue is with the CPU since I just bought the new motherboard yesterday. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

It's tough to identify the issue unless you have another am4 CPU available to confirm the problem. You might also consider replacing the motherboard quickly, which you could do at a store.

On the motherboard box, it mentioned 'ryzen 3000 desktop ready?' It should work fine. When you power it on, accessing the BIOS screen isn't possible. With the new motherboard, a fresh Windows installation is strongly advised (though this might not be feasible in your case). Have you considered clearing CMOS?

it confirms the presence of both Ryzen 3000 and 5000, i've already attempted to reset the CMOS, but when i power it on everything illuminates and the fans spin while the mouse and keyboard lights up, yet the monitor remains unresponsive.

I've tested various HDMI cables, DVI, and DisplayPort connections but haven't seen any improvement.

I don't have the exact details, but I can say that resetting CMOS typically involves removing the battery.

I removed the battery and allowed it to rest for 5 to 10 minutes.

Looks bad you have to check the motherboard and CPU pins to make sure there is no damage.

my motherboard is brand new and i just received it yesterday. i've inspected the cpu pins and found none are bent.
