Ok so, ive ordered a cheap am4 cpu (r5 1600x) to test if my cpu is the issue, ive tried booting it with 1 ram and switiching the ram slots and still no display.
If it still doesnt work then im completely lost :/

Also verify that your motherboard isn't damaged by shorts to the case, and as a final option, attempt to operate your motherboard without any case.
Yeah, before burying motherboard, clean the pins of your GPU and RAM via eraser(sometimes helps) and try to run it without any case, if still no display then try to RMA your motherboard if possible.
Remember to place your motherboard on non-conductive material.
