If there were no problems with the previous motherboard, it's probable the new one is the cause, especially regarding the power delivery. The current VRM setup isn't sufficient to properly support a 12900K.

PSU is a low quality one and I'd replace it no matter what.
Regarding the main problem: MoBo.
Since MoBo was the sole component change in your build.
Well, you mentioned your PSU is new, which might also be the reason.
By the way, what was your previous PSU?

I purchased the PSU a year ago, sorry for any confusion.
For my previous PSU it was an Alcatroz 230w PSU, but I had a LGA 1151 motherboard with an i5 9400f processor.

Hey Just want to thank you for giving me this info.
I didn't know I was supposed to format my flashdrive to FAT32.
Now my PC is stable
and yes I will change the psu for a better one. Thank you so much and have a great day.
