Consider resetting CMOS before starting the first boot with the updated CPU. Otherwise, the 3600 CPU might not work properly.
Take the ram out and see if it will give you a ram error on attempting to boot. Sometimes bumping a stick will make the computer refuse to boot at all. If you get no ram error, you know it’s a cpu or motherboard error (or psu but very unlikely in this scenario).
