During the upgrade, the PC won't boot into BIOS even though the CPU changed. The fan is running and receiving power. Your system has a Ryzen 5 3600 (previously a 2400G), an RX 580 B450M DS3H, and Gigabyte components.

Verify if the system supports the older CPU model by checking your BIOS update status. Also, confirm whether you're connecting the display through the RX 580 ports instead of the onboard ones.
