I considered mentioning static discharge, but it’s still being displayed in the BIOS. I’d remove the motherboard casing and reassemble it. It helped me when I only got a blinking CPU LED.

I managed to choose my boot device via CSM, but when I tried to force it to boot the M.2 slot it displayed a black screen with the message "please reboot." It seems the system isn't recognizing Windows on that drive.

I think you need to enable CSM and legacy mode across all systems. That’s the main point from my side regarding the problem.

I attempted that earlier and it took me back to the BIOS settings. Doing it another way provided at least the ability to select my M.2 drive as the boot device, even though Windows couldn't locate it.
