The PC fails to power on.
Have you checked if there are any fixes already attempted? Just disconnect the power cable from the PSU and take out the 24-pin connector from the motherboard. Press the PC case power button a few times, then reattach everything and see if it works.
Consider taking out the 24-pin connector. It might be because the PSU protection activated and sometimes removing that pin along with the power cable also causes it. Alternatively, the PSU could sense a short in the system and trigger protection. Verify all cables are securely attached to the 24-pin, 4/8-pin motherboard, GPU, drives, etc. If a short exists, remove unnecessary components until the system powers on and remains stable. Try booting with only essential parts and inspect for issues like a faulty GPU, RAM, or failing drives. Check CPU socket reset BIOS settings.
