Screeching usually indicates an electrical issue. You mentioned having the 2x4 pins on the CPU connector, and I see a cable going that way. It looks like you plugged it in from the first video—please verify all connections again. Don’t forget to remove any NVMe drives. The obvious one is in the top slot, and there’s another behind the lower heatsink. Have you checked if the CPU is seated properly and if its pins are straight? I’m not sure about the history of these components.

Currently you’re limited to testing on a trail or similar setup. It would help if you had another PSU, motherboard, and chip for comparison. This way you can check for consistency. I’m not sure about the board itself—whether it’s showing an error code or just LEDs indicating a stall. Even if it’s only running for a short time, that might still point to a problem. If everything is properly connected at both ends and plugged in securely, then the issue likely lies with the motherboard or a short circuit somewhere.

It seems like the issue might be with the motherboard. I experienced problems before, but it worked until recently. It appears to have failed recently.
