After returning from a 45-minute drive, my PC won't turn on. The setup includes an ASUS x470 Prime Pro board with a Ryzen 7 2700X, a Wraith cooler, and various RAM and storage components. I first tried connecting the power button to the case and found it unresponsive. Then I disconnected the PSU and used a paperclip to short the green wire on the motherboard, which caused the fan to spin. It seems the issue might be with the motherboard itself rather than the power supply. I've reconnected everything and tried reseating the RAM, but the graphics card still won't install. Could you help me figure this out? Thank you.

I followed the "check your PSU" instructions. Just before this, I reset the CMOS and it started working again. Thank you for your assistance!
