You're still experiencing issues with irql not or less equal failing. Check the system files: nvlddmkm.sys or netio.sys.

Did you test safe mode just to confirm? It seems like a possible issue with the memory or hardware, or maybe the system isn’t accepting the changes.

Testing at 3000mhz with 1.38v appears to work well so far, but I'll keep an eye on it for a few days to ensure stability.

It looks like the black ram stick isn't working well. The previous attempt was fine, but using the same slot as the other ram caused a BSOD.
