My recently bought 5060 Ti graphics card isn't functioning with my H510M-E motherboard.
What might be the cause?

PSU: 600W THERMALTAKE
The listed 600W is the advertised power, while Thermaltake is the PSU brand. Could you confirm the exact model?
Additionally, please share the age of the PSU if available.
I believe when you mention display, it covers everything from BIOS to connections. The issue could lie only in the connection to the monitor. Have you tested both HDMI and DP ports? It might help to run it on a TV for verification.
I don't have any problems with the connections, I didn't install it on the motherboard, of course, that's ridiculous.
If you can't confirm the card is functioning, then purchasing replacement parts to fix issues might not be worth it. I understand you believe your connections are fine, but if you haven't tested all possible scenarios, you're not doing enough due diligence. For instance, I initially couldn't get my new card to work with HDMI even after setting the monitor to HDMI. Once I added DP, it functioned properly.
