Are you certain it's fully dried and solid? It seems damp, almost like oil. I think it would help if more people added their thoughts. @Fasauceome, @SpookyCitrus, @Spotty could assist.

I’d likely choose it, just make sure it’s not a liquid. Epoxy won’t let electricity flow through it.

On boot, verify temperatures and check motherboard-specific details using hwinfo. Look for CPU, GPU, RAM, and storage info to ensure everything is functioning correctly.

When conditions are dry, problems should be minimal. However, if you choose to clean it, opting for 99% isopropyl alcohol is the optimal choice.
