The BIOS displaying 0.0GB suggests the storage device is completely unavailable. Could you check for an external power source or connect a different machine to confirm the issue isn't with the SATA controller?

It clearly came in that way and got damaged during transit. (Likely you weren’t the one to break it, but it’s still active because it was recognized by the BIOS)
