Disk manager fails to recognize the drive due to an unknown installation status. Partitioning attempts trigger an IO error message. I verified the connections—cables are properly attached. The 10TB HDD from Western Digital appears to be the issue.

Yes, it appears to be updated in the BIOS and Task Manager. Do you think SATA isn't enabled by default when using NVMe?

It's curious that BIOS displays 0.0GB. I think you checked it in other SATA connections too. Probably not very useful since the drive is still recognized, but the size appears to be zero.
