I received a recommendation from the vendor to remove the motherboard from the case and connect only the motherboard, PSU, CPU, and speaker. This helps eliminate any case-related issues. It wasn't until the board was removed that I noticed the memory wasn't fully seated, even though it was securely locked. One side was slightly higher than the other, which was the issue. Despite changing the memory multiple times, the same problem persisted. I realized the problem only became apparent when I looked at the memory from eye level. Your motherboard likely uses AMI BIOS. According to Gigabyte's site, AMI BIOS triggers specific error sounds: short beeps for various memory and system errors.

I attempted that and won’t even turn on after just two clicks from the power supply. The port for powering the CPU includes an extra 4-pin connector, whereas my PSU lacks it. Could this be the reason it doesn’t power up?

Only the EPS 8-pin is necessary. The additional 4-pin is only required when power delivery to the CPU is insufficient (such as with liquid nitrogen or extreme overclocking). Please verify your 24-pin, EPS/CPU 8-pin, PCI-E graphics links, and front panel connectors (e.g., power switch, reset, etc.). Ensure the motherboard metal stands are correctly installed to avoid shorting the board to the chassis or case.
