Hey there! Sorry for the delayed response. I fixed the temperature problems by removing and replacing the old thermal paste with new ones. The temperature dropped from 60 to 40 degrees on idle. Before reapplying, I double-checked the AIO setup and realized the mount wasn’t tight enough to the motherboard—possibly another reason for the spikes. Thanks for keeping me in the loop!
