It's likely a network problem. Setting up the network automatically via DHCP could fix the issue and provide a valid IP address. If it resolves, you can adjust settings manually but retain the listed gateway address and subnet mask.

It's a frequent problem. Look at the buildapc subreddit and see what others are experiencing.

You should get both the AMD RAID Driver and RAIDXpert Utility. Downloading the utility is recommended for full functionality.

Focus on the primary RAID software instead of the BIOS updates. After updating the BIOS, add the chipset and LAN drivers—preferably a Realtek solution. Other manufacturer sites sometimes provide conflicting drivers, affecting things like Ethernet adapters and chipset functionality; stick to the dedicated Realtek chipset drivers and AMD chipset drivers directly.

Sure. Just make sure your USB drive supports FAT32 or exFAT formats.

It looks good, and Windows should recognize it without issues since it's a typical Windows file on the USB drive. Make sure to update the BIOS first before installing the new chipset drivers, and then reinstall the Realtek LAN driver from Asrock after updating the BIOS.

He tried the bios update but the issue persists. Could you suggest alternative fixes?

He activated the BIOS directly from there, restarted, opened Windows, set up the chipset and Asrock Lan drivers, and restarted again when prompted.
