The original Win8.1 retail comes in a retail box, includes both 32-bit and 64-bit versions, and comes with a keycard featuring your COA OEM. The packaging is flat evenlope style, the COA is on a sticker, and it's only the version you purchase—not both 32-bit and 64-bit.
