Check the BIOS settings for an option. You can enable it and it behaves similarly to NVIDIA Reflex. Test it—if it helps reduce input lag from your keyboard or mouse to the screen, keep it. It should improve responsiveness.

Check if Radeon software includes a feature to display PC latency. In GeForce Experience it's available, otherwise you may need to enable it manually in the settings. Keep it active unless you notice higher than normal lag.
