You're experiencing performance issues with your Lenovo Legion 5i running a GTX 1650 Ti and a 10th gen i7 processor. Initially, everything worked fine, but suddenly it became very slow. You thought the problem was related to thermal paste and changed it after replacing it, which seemed to restore normal operation for a short time. However, the issue reappeared, prompting you to format the PC, update BIOS drivers, and still facing problems. Someone can help! Your current performance metrics are shown in a Rocket chart, showing similar behavior on platforms like Discord. Please let me know if it crashes or behaves differently.

Values under 85 are fairly typical.

The CPU and GPU speeds are currently at their maximum thermal limits, which may cause a slowdown.

At first when I restart, everything works fine for a short time, but after some moments it slows down again. This happens only with basic browser tasks, and playing becomes difficult.

Here are some monitoring values you provided. If needed, I can input them when you're ready, such as during gameplay.

Only displays idle stats, not detailed performance. Launch the hardware monitor, run it while active (just reduce window size), play a game for about 10 minutes, quit, capture a screenshot, and share it. Let me know your peak numbers.

I didn't request a .txt report. It seems the data isn't showing maximum values in the report. I'm getting a snapshot of the system idling, which isn't useful for checking overheating or throttling. It might be missing from the file you shared. What you need is something like: "Max CPU and GPU values." Also, don't close the monitor while playing games—otherwise the max values reset, and it won't help much. Apologies for the caps lock confusion; I'm not sure how else to clarify this.
