Your temperatures are within normal range and your GPU is functioning properly. The CPU core speeds never exceeded 800 MHz despite high utilization. You may be using a power plan focused on battery efficiency. Try connecting the power adapter and verify your power settings: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/wind...:~:text=To change the power mode, choose the one you want. EDIT: I understand you mentioned updating drivers and BIOS, but it would help to confirm that as well.

I did it earlier before I changed to the optimal power plan. And I also rechecked the bios again...

Have you explored the Lenovo Vantage app? It’s available in the Microsoft Store: https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/lenovo...V?hl=en-us. The app identifies your laptop model and suggests driver updates if necessary. It seems a power management issue might be present, possibly due to a faulty driver or Windows itself. Consider reinstalling Windows first. If you’re comfortable, running a live Linux ISO can help verify CPU performance under load—above 800 MHz indicates hardware or driver problems. For guidance on live Linux setup and testing, feel free to ask, but try the app before proceeding with a full Windows reinstall.
