Excellent update on my system: a 2.33GHz CPU, 3GB RAM, GTX 760 graphics. I’m actually managing to run the game at 25-45 FPS, even while driving! Everything is running smoothly except for low load settings, which mainly affect the CPU. Compared to before, it feels like a huge improvement—definitely worth the wait. Now I can finally play!

It's clear we don't require a patch to get a game running. I think it's better to wait for a stable version before releasing something broken.
